Why should a security service use COREDINATE®?
COREDINATE® helps security services to work more efficiently and transparently. Patrols, incidents, and checks are digitally recorded and documented in real time. This increases accountability to the customer and improves employee safety – e.g., through lone worker protection and emergency call functions. This way, the service operates in a more modern, secure, and professional manner.
How has our tool optimized your workflow?
By using the tool, we were able to significantly structure our workflows and make them more efficient. Patrols and incidents are now recorded digitally, which saves time, reduces errors, and ensures more transparency – both internally and for our customers. The real-time transmission and the easy tracking of all processes are particularly helpful.
How do you rate the usability of COREDINATE®?
The app runs stably, and the most important functions are easily accessible – ideal for daily use in the security service.
How do you rate the setup and first steps with COREDINATE®?
The first steps with the COREDINATE app were straightforward and quick to implement. The app is intuitive, runs stably, and can be operated without a long training period – ideal for direct use in everyday work. New employees also get the hang of it quickly.
How did your customers/employees react to the new possibilities with COREDINATE®?
The feedback from customers and employees has been consistently positive. Customers appreciate the transparent documentation and real-time reports. Our employees praise the easy operation, the clear structure, and the increased security – especially through functions like lone worker protection.
How many licenses do you have in use?
We currently have 2 licenses in use.
Which function(s) do you like to use the most? And why?
We most like to use the digital tour monitoring, lone worker protection, incident reports, and time tracking. The patrol control ensures complete and transparent documentation, which is particularly well-received by demanding customers. The lone worker protection increases the safety of our employees – especially during night shifts or at single posts. With incident reports, events can be recorded immediately and documented with a photo, which improves reaction time. The time tracking significantly simplifies our shift planning and record-keeping.
