Edit operations with the app

You can also complete processes and tasks from our ticket system on the app if they are assigned to you.

To be able to complete tasks with the app, you must have booked the ticket system.

 

In this article, we will explain how you can complete tasks and/or tasks of a task from the ticket system on the app. First, an operation must be started in the portal by an authorized user. How this works, you can read up hier.

When you assign a task or a complete operation to a user, it either:

  • informed by e-mail (if an e-mail address is stored in his profile) or
  • the person gets a pop-up window at the app, where the logged-in user is informed about the assignment.

If the user is perhaps in the middle of a tour, he can also close the window and process the operation or task later. He can access these in the app on the home page under My Transactions.

If the employee taps on Show task, the task is first displayed in the overview.

If you tap on the task, you can start editing it in the following window.

After tapping on Start task, the app jumps to the editing mode, where you can pause the task or mark it as Done.

Pause the task if you want to continue working on it the next day, for example. When you tap Done, the task is done for now.

In case the task was completed by mistake, you can also Resume it.  In this case you will see the Pause and Done buttons again. Tap the Cloud icon Cloud_Download_Button_Icon at the bottom right to allow each assigned user to attach one or more photos to their task as needed.

Take photo opens the camera on the mobile device. Select photo lets you use an already saved image from the mobile device. Cancel closes the window and no image is used. If you have taken a picture or selected one, it will be displayed directly in the app.

The photos that users attach to a task in the app are not included in the file manager.

 

If different users are assigned to an operation or its tasks, only each user can complete the task assigned to him. Once a task has been completed by its assigned user, it is then removed from the view when you exit the task view.

If a task is not assigned to you, you will not be able to complete it! You will then receive the following warning in red at the bottom of the screen.

If a user is entered as an editor in the portal on the right side of the main page of the task at Information, this user can also write comments and attach photos, but he cannot complete the tasks assigned to another user.
