Why should a security service use COREDINATE?

COREDINATE takes employees into the digital age without replacing them with technology. The simple handling of COREDINATE creates a high level of employee acceptance, resulting in more events being reported in percentage terms than before.

This shows the customer that his concerns are being taken care of and customer satisfaction continues to increase.

How has COREDINATE optimized your workflow?

Extensive training is almost unnecessary due to the simple and clear operation.

How do you rate the usability of COREDINATE?

One advantage is that COREDINATE uses the simple haptics of current smartphones, which everyone over the age of 13 is used to by now, thus there are actually no user errors.

Sure a 9! We do not want to exaggerate ;)

How do you evaluate the setup and first steps with COREDINATE?

Very simple and well thought out; I recommend everyone to try the starter package with the support of COREDINATE. The knowledge that is already provided makes the setup very easy and fast. One can train almost every employee with respective user rights as a partial supervisor without hours of briefings / trainings.

In real operation, the setup can be implemented without any problems. I myself set up the entire headquarters with 80 control points, employee accesses, customer accesses and five different tours in four hours for a customer. The customer was stunned that this went so quickly and there were no problems at all.

How have your customers / employees reacted to the new possibilities with COREDINATE?

Employees have consistently given positive feedback on COREDINATE. The ease of recording incidents and reporting them immediately has been enthusiastically received across the board. The transparency made possible by the portal releases for the customer and the possibility (depending on the release) of interaction, have promoted a consistently 100% approval of the customers.
