All workflows become more fluid. We can carry out a more precise control of the task processing. The activity record and the reduced material expenditure are decisive added values that we have been able to create by using COREDINATE.
How vdo you rate the usability of COREDINATE?
After a certain training period, every employee got along great with the tours. This is also due to the good support team, which can answer questions promptly. The only shortcoming at the moment is the recording of GPS data. There is still room for improvement here on the part of COREDINATE.
How do you evaluate the setup and first steps with COREDINATE?
Due to the really dedicated telephone support, every employee was able to work with COREDINATE independently in a short time.
How have your customers / employees reacted to the new possibilities with COREDINATE?
We were able to switch all but one customer to COREDINATE. This means that tedious printouts and the repurchase of special paper are now a thing of the past. If we are honest, a customer of ours made us aware of COREDINATE and asked us to use the system.
