Welcome to our review of 2023! Last year at COREDINATE, the innovative workforce management system, we have made exciting progress, reached new milestones and developed our company further. Let's look back together at the highlights and successes of this year.
An important step last year was the introduction of an integrated roster module in our workforce management system. This saves our customers the annoying platform hopping and offers reliable management of shifts as well as vacation and sick days in the usual COREDINATE quality.
We have started to remodel our offices to create an inspiring and efficient working environment with open workspaces for our team. These changes reflect our commitment to innovation and continuous improvement. In light of the modern working world and reinforced by Corona, we have introduced a remote-first policy. This flexibility allows our team to work efficiently regardless of location, enabling us to achieve a better work-life balance and higher productivity. Regular online meetings with webcams switched on ensure a reliable information policy.
To support our steady growth, we have significantly strengthened our marketing and development team. The new team members bring fresh ideas and expertise that will enable us to further improve our service and products and guarantee our customers an end-to-end customer journey.
To strengthen the team spirit and promote our corporate culture, we organized team-building events. These events were not only entertaining, but also an opportunity to deepen our cooperation and communication and to get to know our new colleagues in person.
This year, we were able to acquire many interesting new customers, including companies from the critical infrastructure sector, very large companies and numerous businesses from near and far abroad. These successes show that our workforce management system is gaining recognition across industries and countries.
We have redesigned our YouTube channel and produced a series of new videos. These videos are designed to introduce our guard patrol system to a wider audience, illustrate the numerous functionalities and strengthen our brand.
Another focus this year was the increased expansion into the international market. To this end, we have added several languages to the website in order to optimally reach foreign contacts. Our business initiation trip to Saudi Arabia enabled us to make important international contacts, meet the German ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Michael Kindsgrab, and open up new business opportunities. We will be taking part in such a trip again next year.
A double milestone: we have reached 1000 followers on LinkedIn and welcomed our 1000th customer, GSI Zöks from Basel, to COREDINATE. These figures are proof of the trust that customers and partners place in us and of the quality of our online workforce management system.
At the end of the year, we all came together for the Christmas party. A cozy get-together at Polisina in Ochsenfurt with a mulled wine reception and a sumptuous buffet provided a nice end to the year and gave us the opportunity to celebrate the year's successes together.
