Until the end, there was an exciting head-to-head race but now the winners are clear! The jury Steffen Ebert, editor-in-chief of the trade magazine GIT Sicherheit + Management, Lars Müller, president of the Bundesverband mittelständischer Sicherheitsunternehmen (BVMS) and Michael Kulig, managing director of COREDINATE GmbH, had already determined six finalists from numerous submissions using a point system. In the context of an online vote, the general public was then allowed to decide who will be crowned Sicherheitsmitarbeiter des Jahres 2024.

With the selection of the Sicherheitsmitarbeiter des Jahres 2024, we once again demonstrate how important the work of the security industry is. The prestigious award highlights year after year the people who significantly contribute to the development of the industry through their commitment and actions.

In sixth place, with 3.49%, is Rashid Naseer Gill; in fifth place is Uwe Wehrbach with 5.82%, followed by Michael Romaschevski in fourth place with 11.24%.

The top three are opened by Malik Circi in third place with 15.89%. Close behind him in second place is Florian Czyzniewski with 30.23%. And at the very top of the winners' podium, and thus the Sicherheitsmitarbeiter des Jahres 2024, is Christian Rockus with 33.33%!
