Disable task
Tasks don't necessarily have to be deleted completely right away if you just don't need it anymore. We will show you how to (temporarily) deactivate it.
In practice, it can always happen that you temporarily no longer need to execute tasks, but later want to return to them. So that you don't have to delete the task completely and then create it again, you can simply deactivate the task.
Please proceed as follows:
- Log in to the portal
- Open your tours via Master data > Tasks
- Click the O at the end of the entry to deactivate the task
