The development of the award

In recent years, we have been able to develop the "Security Employee of the Year" award into a renowned and recognized prize in the industry. Thanks to strong partners such as BVMS and GIT Sicherheit, we have created and sustainably established a tradition of appreciation.

Whereas in the early years a few people voted for their candidates, nowadays it is many people from the breadth of society who get involved and vote for the Security Employee of the Year (m/f/d).
