Ratings as a figurehead

Online reviews play a crucial role for companies, including us, COREDINATE GmbH, an innovative developer of a digital workforce management system. Positive reviews serve as validation of the quality and reliability of our SaaS solution and are also an important tool for acquiring new customers. In addition, we can only continuously improve through constructive feedback. Reviews are therefore essential for us to strengthen our market position and consolidate our good reputation as a provider of mobile property protection software in the security industry.

Capterra, part of the Gartner Digital Markets group, is also interesting in the area of software reviews and helps users to find the right digital solution for their needs. In addition to Capterra, Gartner also operates other renowned review portals such as GetApp and Software Advice. For us, Capterra offers a platform to collect valuable user feedback and increase our visibility in the market.

Time is short and you may find it difficult to complete a review form. Gartner offers you an Amazon voucher worth € 10 as a thank you for your review. Maybe that's a nice motivation? 😉

Nothing works without Google reviews!

Now we come to the Google ratings. Of course, they are also an essential part of our company's online presence and reputation. To achieve significant relevance in the Google universe, Google recommends aiming for 100 reviews per year. This is easy for a large company like Apple, but a difficult task for us. That's why we need you, our loyal customers: please support us with a positive review to help those interested in our workforce management system to make the decision in favour of COREDINATE easier.

Reviews on our website

On our own website, we also emphasise the importance of obtaining regular feedback on the quality of our product from our customers. To do this, we use the standardised and recognised survey method of the Net Promoter Score (NPS). This method enables us to get a clear picture of how likely it is that you would recommend our product to others.

The NPS rating scale is particularly strict: only ratings with 9 or 10 points are categorised as promoters (advocates). We recently published a blog post on this topic. You are welcome to find out more about this topic and please join in if you see our rating field pop up. Thank you very much!

Job search platforms

Last but not least, job platforms also play an important role when it comes to providing insights into the working environment and employee satisfaction at our company. Among the various platforms that offer reviews on working conditions and corporate culture, we are currently focussing specifically on kununu. The site has established itself as a reliable source for employee reviews and provides a platform for both current and former employees to share their experiences and opinions about working at COREDINATE. We welcome and actively encourage our colleagues to leave their honest opinions as they help us to capture a clear picture of the working atmosphere at COREDINATE and provide potential new employees with a realistic insight into our team and working culture.
